WEBINAR: MAT Partnership Programme launch
Based on the robust framework of our Schools Partnership Programme, the MAT Partnership Programme brings MATs together to support and learn from each other through the power of facilitated, strategic peer review. Join us on Tuesday 8 June.
Led by SPP Associate Jane Creasy, we are delighted to be joined by our panelists Sharon Gernon-Booth from the College of Policing, Michael Pain, Founder of the Forum Strategy, Helen Rowland, CEO of Focus-Trust, and Andy Yarrow, CEO of Anthem Trust.
Being a MAT CEO can be isolating and high risk – and as Michael Fullan says, isolation is the enemy of improvement – looking only inwards, your improvement will be limited...
Join our discussion, where we will explore:
+ the importance of peer review in securing sustainable organisational development at scale, in the developing Trust sector.
+ the value of peer support in developing resilience and effective organisational practice in a context of high stakes, public-facing decision making and external inspection by HMI.
+ insights from Trust leaders on how conducting a robust, facilitated, evidence-based peer review cycle has helped CEOs - and their leadership teams – to engage in challenging, mutually beneficial conversations together, supporting improvement across both Trusts.
This webinar is designed for Trust leaders who want to collaborate and improve using an authentic, reciprocal and self-sustaining approach to peer review. Register below for your free place.
