Kent Inclusion Leadership Programme
Having worked with over 140 Kent schools on SPP, we are delighted to be involved in the development and delivery of a new and innovative inclusion programme in Kent. The SPP model of peer review and school-to-school collaboration is at the heart of this package of leadership development activities.
This programme of development - created and delivered by Education Development Trust, nasen and Leadership Learning South East (LLSE), in collaboration with Kent Association of Headteachers (KAH) - is designed to support school leaders from schools across Kent in their work providing inclusive education for all.
It began in January 2022, laying the foundations for sustainable inclusion practice across the county and is led by skilled and confident school leaders, improving outcomes for SEN children and families.
