"Peer review is an absolute core part of our Trust improvement strategy."

Lesley Coulthurst, Head of KYRA Alliance, is joined by Gavin Booth, CEO of Infinity Academies Trust, to discuss why his schools are joining KYRA and the Schools Partnership Programme to co-construct and pilot the next phase of peer review for schools in Lincolnshire.

Gavin Booth served as headteacher at Gipsey Bridge Primary School in Lincolnshire, and in 2014 his school joined the Schools Partnership Programme.

Since then, Gavin has gone on to become the CEO of Infinity Academies Trust where each school is enrolled into peer review.

During this interview, Gavin shares why his schools are engaging in peer review and why he feels schools in Lincolnshire will benefit.

Gavin comments: "Peer review is an absolute core part of our Trust development and improvement strategy... [It's] about finding people that are like-minded that are wanting to put in that work to help develop children and improve schools, wherever they might be and whatever their context."
